Returns & Refunds

Each artwork is carefully produced, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Many of our prints are signed, numbered, and released as limited editions, making every piece part of a carefully curated collection.

Limited Edition & Signed Prints

Our signed and numbered limited edition prints are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once an edition has sold out, it cannot be reproduced in the same form.

Because of the collectible nature of these artworks, and where permitted by applicable consumer law, returns are not accepted simply because you have changed your mind. Please take care when selecting your artwork, size, and framing options before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Prints

Many of our prints are made to order and produced specifically for you. Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations and returns cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Certificate of Authenticity

All signed and numbered limited edition prints are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the edition number and authenticity of the artwork.

The Certificate of Authenticity forms part of the artwork's provenance and should be kept in a safe place. If an eligible return is approved, the certificate must be returned with the artwork. Returns received without the original certificate may not qualify for a full refund.

Returning an Eligible Item

Where a return is accepted under applicable consumer law or by prior agreement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Include the original Certificate of Authenticity (where supplied).

• Be returned in their original protective packaging where possible.

• Be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

• Be received without creases, marks, folds, or any signs of handling.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured postal service, as the artwork remains your responsibility until it has been safely received by us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

A full refund will be issued only if the artwork is returned in its original, undamaged condition, together with its Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable). If a returned print has been damaged, handled, creased, marked, or is missing its certificate, we reserve the right to reduce or refuse the refund where permitted by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or because the item arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• Photographs of the artwork.

• Photographs of the packaging and any damage sustained during transit.

We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Fine Art Prints

Every print is individually produced using archival-quality materials and inspected before dispatch. Minor variations in paper texture, deckled edges (where applicable), or the natural characteristics of fine art paper are part of the beauty of the medium and are not considered defects.
