Gladly accept returns on standard items.

Conditions of return;

Contact me within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

Items must arrive unused with no damage.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cannot accept returns for personalised or custom items.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

You will receive an email confirming your purchase and a second email confirming delivery.

Shipping Delivery:  Made-To-Order Items;

You will receive email updates regarding your order. First to confirm your order, second to confirm your item has been completed and a third to confirm your item has been shipped.

Collection;

Please do not select collection unless you have contacted me and confirmed arrangements first. Once you have confirmed collection and then completed your purchase online, you will receive email updates accordingly. i.e. purchase confirmation, order completed, order ready for collection.

Standard shipping 3-5 business days. Prices vary depending on product purchased.

If you are purchasing a product on pre-order you will recieve confirmation of your purchase via email. Timings on order completion will vary depending on the product purchased. However you will be updated via email when necessary regarding details of your pre-order. Such as predicted completion dates, order completion and confirmation of dispatch.
